The owner is responsible for delivering or shipping the item to The Realest in accordance with the instructions provided after the item is accepted for physical review. Items should be shipped insured to your desired value and trackable. Once your item arrives and is checked in, it is documented, secured, and protected under The Realest's care.
Applicable return shipping and insurance charges will be communicated during the process. Owners are responsible for the cost of returning an item that is not certified or that they choose not to consign.
