Certified: The available evidence supports the description under which the item is being certified, and the item meets The Realest’s current certification and marketplace acceptance criteria.
Unable to Certify: The Realest is unable to proceed with certification at this time.
An Unable to Certify result is not a statement that the item is inauthentic, counterfeit, or inaccurately represented. An item may be unable to proceed for a variety of reasons, including the available documentation, item type, condition, estimated value, marketability, operational considerations, or fit with The Realest’s current marketplace priorities.
If additional evidence becomes available, an item may be submitted for a new review, subject to applicable fees and our then-current certification and marketplace acceptance criteria.
