Certification applies only to the description supported by the available evidence.
For example, if an item is submitted with a specific claimed use, event, production, appearance, or origin, but the evidence supports a narrower or different description, The Realest may offer to certify it using the supported description.
We will explain the proposed correction and ask the owner to accept it before the item is certified or listed. We will not certify a claim that the available evidence does not support.
The item must also meet our current marketplace acceptance criteria before certification can be completed.
