The item's certification record remains part of its provenance history. However, the active Certified status and any associated guarantee do not automatically carry forward after the item is resold or leaves The Realest's possession.
To sell the item again as Certified by The Realest, the item may need to be returned to us for verification. At that time, we will confirm that it is the same item, evaluate its current condition and provenance, and determine whether it continues to meet our current certification standards and marketplace acceptance criteria.
Misrepresenting an item's status or details around may result in removal from the program or the marketplace.
