What do I get charged in a resale?

For the person making the offer (the "Buyer"):

1. Offer amount.
2. Shipping from The Realest's facility to you (after the verification has taken place).
3. Taxes (if applicable).
4. Platform Fee (3.8% of the total).

For the person selling the item (the "Owner"):

1. Partner & Verification Fee (18% of the offer amount). Split as follows:
   • Partner Fee (9% of the offer amount).
   • Verification Fee (9% of the offer amount).
2. Shipping from you to The Realest's facility (The Realest provides the shipping label).
