What do I get charged in a resale?

For the person making the offer (the “Buyer”):

1. Offer amount.
2. Shipping from The Realest to you (after verification).
3. Applicable taxes.
4. Platform fee (3.8% of the total).

For the person selling the item (the “Owner”):

1. Partner & Re-Authentication Fee (18% of offer amount):
   • Partner Fee: 9% of the offer amount
   • Re-Authentication Fee: 9% of the offer amount
2. Shipping from you to The Realest’s facility (The Realest provides the shipping label)
