You can update your shipping information at any time before or during an auction by signing in to your account:
- Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.
- Go to Settings > Addresses.
If you win an item at auction, you have 24 hours after the auction closes to contact us at support@therealest.com with any changes to your shipping details. After this window, we will do our best to accommodate late requests, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
For Buy-Now purchases, we strongly recommend ensuring your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout, as adjustments after purchase are limited.
To avoid delays, we advise that you keep your account information up to date so the correct shipping address is already on file when you bid or make a purchase.
