Your item may have been shipped back to The Realest because nobody was available to accept/sign for the package, or because a unit number was missing from your submitted address.
Please note that a signature is required upon delivery for any order over $100. If you know that you will be unavailable for the scheduled delivery date/time, we suggest that you contact UPS as soon as possible to try to get the delivery rescheduled. The Realest has no control over UPS's practices, but typically, they will attempt to deliver your package three times before the delivery gets marked as unsuccessful.
If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package gets sent back to The Realest, at which point we ask that you contact us via support@therealest.com at your earliest convenience for your shipment to be sent again. At this stage, you will be charged another shipping fee for your item(s) to be sent to you.
To ensure that you do not get charged another shipping fee, please make sure that you are available for your scheduled delivery, or contact UPS to reschedule. If you live in a building or community with multiple units, please also make sure you enter the unit number in your shipping address prior to your package being shipped out.
