An item may be returned to The Realest if:
- Nobody was available to accept/sign for the package.
- Your shipping address was incomplete (e.g., missing a unit or apartment number).
Please remember: a signature is required for any order over $100. If you know you’ll be unavailable, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier in advance to reschedule delivery. While The Realest has no control over carrier practices, most carriers will attempt delivery three times before marking it unsuccessful.
If delivery fails, the package is sent back to The Realest. At that point:
- Please contact us at support@therealest.com to arrange reshipment.
- A new shipping fee will apply.
To avoid additional charges, please make sure your address is accurate (including unit numbers) and that someone is available to sign for delivery.
