All items are sold in “as-is” condition, and all sales are final due to the unique nature of our inventory. Returns are only accepted at The Realest’s sole discretion.
In the rare case of shipping damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@therealest.com with the email subject line “Shipping Damage.”
To help us process your request, please include:
- Photos of the shipping label (tracking number must be readable)
- Photos of the product itself
- Photos of the inner and outer wrapping
- Photos of any visible damage to the shipping box
Please keep all outer packaging, as the carrier may request an inspection to complete the claim. Claims submitted without all required photos or packaging may be delayed or denied.
