In most cases, you’ll receive a tracking number or link via email as soon as your order ships. You can also view shipment details directly in your account:
- Sign in to your The Realest account.
- Click on your profile image in the top right corner.
- Go to Settings > Invoices.
- Open the invoice and click the shipment tracking link (if available).
For select items that require special care or alternative shipping arrangements, traditional tracking may not be available. In these cases, our team will work directly with you and the vendor to coordinate delivery and keep you informed every step of the way.
